Terrible. Ordered through Expedia, fully paid, text said to call when I arrive, and they would not release my room code without me giving them my credit card number, over the phone. I did not have my card on me, so I’d be stuck if I didn’t find another way. It was a plain awful experience after a long drive. The inside is dusty, old feeling, hasn’t been painted in years, mold in the tub. The stairs are pretty steep and easy to trip on. Could not see an elevator, is it ADA? Cameras everywhere so you feel untrusted. Room had only two dim lights. Only one nightstand lamp and one ceiling bulb.
Coffee was ok, that’s the highlight, except you have to go downstairs to the kitchen to get/make it from pods. The building is a cool old Victorian, but needs SERIOUS updating. So it felt more like a horror movie setting, Bates motel, the Shining IDK. But mainly the age and support were disappointing to say the least.
