“This property was wonderful. The code system is really easy and the room was wonderful. The shower was spacious, our room had wall to wall windows which was gorgeous. The hotel DOES have laundry machines that you can use, even though I couldn’t find that on the listing, which was crucial for us. It’s so close to the daily farmers market, where we picked up breakfast every morning, and the Marktplatz tram stops, so it’s incredibly convenient for getting around. I would absolutely stay here again……

“We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment (senior studio with balcony ). It was all that we needed and right next to the pool which was handy . It was really handy for the train station and close to all the trams which meant that it was a great place to explore the area as well as France and Germany . Our only slight problem was the we only had 1 towel each for the 5 days and one pillow (we prefer two) and there was no one there that could give us more . Breakfast was basic but nice and the……

“Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartments. Bequeme Betten, flauschige Handtücher, Bademäntel und Badetücher für das schöne Schwimmbad …. Alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. “Die Lage war optimal für alle unsere Ausflüge, lexkere Pizzaria direkt vor der Tür und ein kleiner Spielplatz auch. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein für 4 Personen, was mir auch mitgeteilt wurde, aber da wir wirklich nur einen Schlafplatz brauchten war es für uns perfekt! Die Kühe auf den Weiden ein idyllisches Bild. Am Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen vom Berg (auf einer Bank) oder vom Balkon. Sehr schön eingerichtet. "Considering how expensive Switzerland is, this cozy hotel is value for money. The tram is just right downstair. The staff are warm and welcoming. For example, at breakfast, when there was freshly baked croissant, the staff came around and handed out the hot and fresh croissant. When I checked-in too late, around 23:00, the staff was nice and patience. "

"It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions"
