The bedroom with the twin bed is equipped with a large desk for guests who need to work while they are in Salmon. The combination locks provide 24 hour access. Arrive when you like.
The home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The property is 0.8 mile from Salmon's downtown area with its coffee shops and restaurants, an easy walk or a very quick drive.

Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in.
Pet policy: We allow dogs only, a maximum of 2, maximum weight up to 40 lbs. We do not allow cats. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $70 and an additional fee of $20 per pet per day. Guest Access:
We have keypad access to exterior doors. Guests receive a unique code through portal messaging a few days before their stay begins.

Other Things to Note:
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.

We will respect your privacy. Access is via a code to the door. If you need us, housekeeping and maintenance staff are located very nearby.
