“The property is emaculate a true dream and beautifully kept. The history of the house is clear and Simonetta gives you a history and full tour of the property upon arrival. If you've seen the pictures they don't do justice to the property. Only negative is that we wish we could have stayed longer.”

“This was the second time I stayed at Villa San Lorenzo (the first time was in 2012). While I LOVED it the first time, Clay has done some renovations on the whole property, inside and out of the villa structure, including adding 3-ish stunning acres of Nebbiolo vines, and one of my friends said, "Every inch of this place is so well-thought out and perfect!" “Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. “Part of visit thru northern Italy”

“We had a great stay in August. It was very hot so the air con throughout the property was most welcome. The property is well appointed and had all we needed. The pool was ideal for a cooling splash and lots of play with my daughter while her mum enjoyed the sun bathing. Alba is a very nice town with plenty of places to eat and discover the local produce and provided a great base to explore the area. Communication with Lorenza was excellent and easy to check in and was on hand if we needed……

“I am not one who typically writes reviews but I really couldn't have asked for a better home to spend a few nights in Piemonte. The house was big enough to have intimacy amongst friends and couples staying with us, warm enough to bring us all together to raise a glass, knife, and fork. The house felt like a home and we only wish it wasn't November and we could have spent more time relaxing by the pool. Can't wait to come back. Miss it already.”
