Historic and Spacious Villa with park and private pool, lake view, AC, ideal for family holidays.
Villa Frida is an ideal villa to spend a cheerful and carefree holiday with family and friends, it can accommodate up to 13 people, it is located 15 minutes walk from the center of Salò where you can find characteristic restaurants and shops. The villa is very large, approximately 500 m2, spread over 4 floors and enjoys a pleasant lake view from the second and third floors and is surrounded by lush vegetation which guarantees maximum privacy.
The villa with a historical flavor but modern comfort is equipped with a new private swimming pool with access staircase, private park with centuries-old plants and large furnished external areas, with lounge, external dining area with modern barbecue. Wi fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, Smart TV and Astra Sat, 4 private parking spaces inside the property.
The villa has been internally renovated and has a unique charm, period Italian furnishings combined with the comfort of new modern furnishings, it is the ideal place for a special holiday, surrounded by Italian style with a retro, relaxing and tasteful flavour, it is an excellent starting point for visiting the most beautiful cities on the lake coast. The property is surrounded by greenery in a park of approximately 1,500 m2 and in the tranquility of a small village from which wonderful walks start. Villa Frida offers every comfort, guarantees large and bright interior spaces for every need, giving privacy even in the case of a holiday with several family groups. The exterior is tastefully furnished with new and modern garden furniture, outdoor dining table and lounge, new swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Bedrooms: Sleeps 13 in 6 bedrooms spread over two floors. On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a bedroom with a queen size bed, two double bedrooms share a large terrace with lake view. On the attic floor there is a double bedroom with lake view and a bedroom with two single beds, which can become a double bed and in the living area of the floor there is a double sofa bed.
Bathrooms: 4.5 bathrooms, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, a service bathroom on the first floor, two spacious and bright bathrooms on the second floor, one with a new shower and one with double sink and tub. On the attic floor there is a large bathroom with double sink and hydromassage tub.
Kitchen: On the ground floor there is a kitchen serving the outdoor area, near the terrace with the table, then there is a second kitchen, the main one, on the first floor, spacious and characterful, well equipped with all major and minor appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, hob, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery, pans and utensils for every need .
Indoor/Outdoor Dining: The dining table is located in the main kitchen and seats up to 12 people. Outside next to the veranda and the barbecue area there is a new spacious table.
Swimming pool: Private 8mx3m swimming pool furnished with new comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, the swimming pool has convenient access thanks to the stairs.
Lounge: There are many areas in the villa to relax, on the ground floor there is a spacious veranda overlooking the lush garden, on the first floor there is a reading area and a large living room with modern TV, fireplace, piano and bookshelves. On the top floor there is a new and welcoming open space with fireplace and sofas
Garden: approximately 1500 m2 of garden, enjoyable and entirely flat, planted with olive trees and centuries-old plants.
