· Spacious terrace/porch of about 12 m² with garden furniture for enjoying a drink while you relax by the private pool (4x7m).
· At the rear of the house, you will find the barbecue area.
· Pleasant living room with access to the terrace and garden. Equipped with air conditioning and a fan.
· Independent kitchen fully equipped with access to the barbecue area.
· Bedroom with 2 single beds.
· Full bathroom with shower.
· The garage is not accessible, but up to 3 cars can be parked on the ramp.
Upper floor
· Double bedroom en suite with a bathroom with bathtub, dressing area, and private terrace with chairs and a small table, overlooking the pool. Equipped with air conditioning.
· Bedroom with 2 single beds.
· Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
· Full bathroom with bathtub.
