“This place is exceptionally beautiful and peaceful location and is the perfect place for relaxation. The deck is a great place for watching the water and birdlife and the interior is comfortable and well appointed. The only minor quibble we have is that the stairs to the upper floor (where all the bedrooms are) are short and therefore a little tricky to negotiate for us older folks. Otherwise, it is an ideal spot for a retreat.”

“Living in Ontario but vacationing in NL. We travelled to Twillingate for a Dinner Theatre with a last minute booking. We were fortunate with last minute requests to find this rental on Vrbo. The host was very accommodating and the rental home was very clean. We were a group of six family members and were concerned we wouldn’t find a suitable place. Landsend was awesome. Thanks so much for the memories!”

“The cottages impressed upon first entry, with a collective “Wow” expressed from the family. The cottage has an immediate feel of luxury with the style and charm of a Newfoundland Jelly Beans house. We were fortunately enough to meet the property manager who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the area. Nothing seemed too much and I would highly recommend catching your own cod for a local cook up and take a short stroll to the hill top to take full advantage of the views……

“While we only had a 2 night stay, this cottage was an excellent way for us to unwind and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. The cottage was very clean, well appointed with all the comforts and amenities we needed, and had a very comfortable bed and couch. This is a perfectly located cottage, being a 15min walk to town, and trails, while being ocean front. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Thanks for having us. ”

“Great spot. Only issue is the bed is not very comfortable & pillows are not great. The washroom is upstairs with bedroom/ sitting area which was fine for us but if any mobility issues it’s likely not suitable. ”

“My husband and I have been on a road trip for over a month and have been staying in alot of vrbosl This vrbo is by far our favorite. .This city is absolutely beautiful. The house was fantastic. It had everything we needed and then some. The view was unbelievably beautiful. The amenities were awesome. We really enjoyed Twillingate. It was fantastic.”

“A beautiful view in a lovely quiet cove. Very peaceful. The property had most amenities we needed for our family. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, well equipped kitchen & nice deck & bbq. Also nice fenced yard for our dog. What was also noticed were some maintenance issues. The clothes dryer in kitchen area was extremely noisy & not usable. Some of the windows needed work, we could open but they would not close properly & had broken mechanisms. There was no propane firepit as advertised. A……

We stayed 3 nights, the house was 14 minutes drive from the town and with the same distance drive from great trails.... but even the walks on the quiet road along the shore were lovely.”
