This sprawling cozy and spacious home is located in Salt Lake City. It’s quiet and safe neighborhood. We are about 3-5 minutes away from the University of Utah, close to the Sugar House Park, around 20 minutes away to park city and 15 minutes to Salt Lake City downtown. This amazing new 4BR house is the idea place for any person or group wanting to feel the comfort of a home.

Conveniently Near Utah Ski Resorts

Had a great stay at Dex's place for a recent Utah ski trip with friends. It's less than 40 minutes away from Snowbird / Alta, Solitude, and Brighton! The place was as described, with a great kitchen and stove, spacious accommodations, and great internet. When supplies ran low, Dex was quick to get us replacement items. Water pressure in the master bath was a bit low, and some of the sinks/showers had finnicky hot/cold controls, but that was about the worst of it. Overall, a great place to say that's near the slopes and downtown, and we'd stay here again!

Great, Convenient Home

this home was conveniently located near our condo. We rented it for our adult kids during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a great location, convenient to our place as well as grocery stores and other activities in Salt Lake. I would definitely recommend it!

BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED HOME- QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD

Dex made our stay very pleasant in this beautifully updated home in a quiet historic neighborhood. We really enjoyed this homes proximity to all kinds of shopping, dining, and neighborhood parks. We would recommend this home to anyone, especially those traveling with children.

Football Game Getaway

We traveled to Utah for a football game. Utah did not disappoint. The house on the inside was updated and clean. Although it was walking distance to some things we still had to travel to all the places we wanted to see and restaurants we wanted to visit. The only complaint was when we arrived it was absolutely Hot in Utah. We were from Florida (use to warm weather). Although the air conditioning was working (we had a AC man with us-was regulated) all of the guests were uncomfortable hot at night with the exception of the basement bedroom and we had to purchase fans just to be comfortable at night.

Solid location, not a great setup.

House is in a very convenient spot. Would expect more for the price. No coffee, no filters, no soap for washing machine, etc. Furnishing and linens subpar. TV’s and internet were A+.

Amazing Stay

From the minute we walked in we felt at home, the house was so clean and comfortable. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, there was a fun coffee shop down the street and close to grocery stores, it is also close to the Sugarhouse area with amazing restaurants. We will for sure book again if back in the area.

Gals weekend

We had a gals weekend and this property was great! Excellent location for a spa day in Alta as well as a day in Park City - we also enjoyed the location for various activities around SLC. The property was clean, safe, and comfortable; everything was wonderful and the host was also fantastic. I would recommend this property and would stay again!

Awesome time at this remodeled house

The place was clean and recently renovated. Everything was in like new condition. Lots of small touches like toiletries, cookies, snacks, coffee, etc. We were able to cook rib eye steaks on the bbq grill and cook sides inside the house. Basic spices were available. Pots and pans. All the basics you need to cook and serve a great meal. Beds were comfortable. Weather was nice so we didn’t have to use the ac nor the heater. We enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable spending relaxing time at home while going out to explore the surrounding area. Supermarket about 3 small blocks away.
