Hotel being switched to a Spark by Hilton, so name did not match when we pulled in. Main lobbywas under construction, so had to gomin side door, not a big issue. We had booked this hotel for the amenities, a hot breakfast buffet, pool, hot tub, coffee in room, etc. None of these available. Our room had been renovated and was nice, nut not finished. TV not programmed, refrigerator not working, no desk chair and still had plastic and tags on furniture/ lamps etc. If their web site told of all this, would not have been so disappointing.

Hotel has recently undergone a name change, so it was confusing as it differed from my reservation. Breakfast bar was good but not kept stocked continuously when items ran out. Outside parking lot looked worn and not maintained.

It was under construction so no pool available. But the room was clean and comfy. It’s next to a golf course so it was easy to get out and walk around there.

Stayed one night while travelling through Salt Lake City, I had booked far in advance. Was very disappointed to arrive to find out that they were renovating. We were not given fore warning about this, as we could have gone to another Hilton property. The lady at the desk was not very welcoming and we felt like we were bothering her for service. There was a spilled drink in the front lobby that remained there for hours before it was ever cleaned up. All amenities at the hotel were closed due to renovations (other than breakfast was still served). I specifically chose a Hilton brand hotel because when I was a business traveler I found them to be clean, very courteous/attentive staff. Our room however was clean but we were woken up at 5 am by what sounded like a generator running. Very disappointed, I will not return to this particular hotel.

We were the first to stay in our newly remodeled room. It was great! Comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Liked the TV. Would of rated highest but we had not just 1 housecleaning person but 2 different times, try to enter our room prior to checkout time. Guess they were in a hurry to flip it. The desk staff were awesome.

We checked into the hotel came up to the room the hotel was going under a remodeling phase. The room had fresh paint but painted over paint so someone was chipping off and peeling. The 2 pillows were short square pillows for a twin bed not for a queen bed. It took 25 mins to get hot water in the shower. No usb or usbc outlets. The pool was not open and noting said online about the remodeling of the hotel. Steve friendly text to see how the day is going. We let them know our situation. No discounts were given because the room was booked through third-party they said.

The property is under construction. The pool is closed and starting at 7am its just noise. If i would have known that i would have picked a different hotel. The elevator roof was broke and every time we used it felt like it was going to break. The staff was really friendly but i wish i would have known about the pool closer and construction.

Find another hotel this is bad

Renovating the top floors. Keeping the rest of the hotel full of debris and dust everywhere. Rooms outdated and filthy carpets. Smell horrible inside the room. Small tiny pillows so uncomfortable to sleep. All outlets for cell phone charge were not working inside the room. Area around hotel was not safe and just ugly.

We arrived at the hotel & realized they were renovating the place & was not too happy about that. There was a note at the front desk saying from 7:00 am -7:00 pm there would be some noise, due to the renovating. I wish that the website would have let us know in advance. It is just 5 minutes from the Maverick Center & there’s a restaurant right in the parking lot! We stayed one night & didn’t hear too much noise.
