The biggest concern I had about my stay was that it was under construction. Nowhere in the listing or on Expedia did it state that it would be under construction. One of the reasons I chose to stay there was because it had a pool and a hot tub and a workout facility all of which were unusable due to construction. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known those amenities were not available. I feel like I paid a lot for a stay and did not get the expected results.

They are going through renovations. I booked a double bed room and upon check in I am informed they don't have any due to renovations. Thankfully we were offered a king with a pull out bed that fit our needs. Breakfast food was not replenished often.

We went for a little getaway from home, we chose this property specifically for the pool. We show up get told the pool is under construction and can't use it, said we cant cancel and would still be charged. Get told that we could drive to another location for a pool but that was it. The entire hallway on the first floor was under construction, my daughter is in a wheelchair and i specified that we needed wheelchair accessibility, but could hardly get around. The floor above us was also under construction and was noisy as well as each room next to us. It was super loud, dusty, and unpleasant. If we wouldve had warning before we could've canceled and went somewhere else or planned accordingly. It was a complete waste of money and more stressful than it should've been. Breakfast hasn't stocked up and by the time they'd bring out new stuff there was already a line and it was gone. They person at the desk was nice and kept apologizing, just wish we had warning so we didn't waste the trip and the money. Telling an 8 year old and 2 year old we are going swimming and then telling them just kidding was heartbreaking and was avoidable. Wish I could get my money but most importantly time back. Luckily the mall was close by so were able to take the kids there and make the best of a bad avoidable situation.

Staff was excellent and very helpful in straightening out a reservation SNAFU. Then always greeted with an enthusiastic "hello" coming and going. Room was quiet and comfortable. There are on-going renovations on the 3rd floor however. Not very disruptive, but be aware. Special thanks to manager "Jasmine"!!

We stayed on a Friday night. Saturday morning at 820, we woke up to construction noise directly above us. It was very loud and obnoxious, we couldn't carry on a conversation or even watch the TV because the construction noise was too loud. It was not our intention to be up that early nor did the hotel give us any warning that there would be construction going on,on a Saturday morning. I totally understood the need to remodel, but they could have easily coordinated putting guests further away from the rooms they're remodeling. I would not stay here again, remodeling or not.
