We had a great stay at this property! The instructions were perfect and the check in process was very easy. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and we really appreciated having the ping-pong table for some fun downtime. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and meal prep super convenient. The house was in a great location with amazing views.The only things that could be improved are the temperature control and window coverings, which is why I couldn't give it a 5 star. We stayed at this property in July and it was near 100 degrees outside. It would’ve been nice to have more control over cooling in the bedrooms and on each floor, as there were noticeable differences throughout the house. The Kitchen and the master bedroom are upstairs and would never go below 73 degrees while downstairs bedroom area were too cold despite closing the vents. Also, adding blinds or curtains to the windows would help with blocking out early morning sunlight and keeping the rooms cooler during the day. However, the view of the mountains from the kitchen was awesome. Jeff was very responsive to a few minor issues including the above but unfortunately not much could be done about the temperature gauge issue. I am sure this is not an issue if you are not traveling in the July/August Summer times.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back—especially for the great amenities!

Our family had a great time staying in this beautiful and spacious home nestled in the Wasatch mountains where there were ample opportunities for adventure as well as relaxation by the pool or on the verandas. Jeff, our host, was very responsive when we had a request or need. There were a few things lacking that would have made our stay more enjoyable. While we appreciated the large windows throughout the house that provided spectacular mountain views, the lack of window treatments in the upstairs bunk bedroom made it impossible for our teenager to get a good night's sleep as sunlight streamed into the room from very early in the morning. We ended up buying an air mattress and moving him into his parents' bedroom which was not a very comfortable solution. We were also disappointed that the waterfall and infinity features of the pool were not functioning and feel the picture of the pool on the website should be changed to reflect the reality of the situation. We would also have appreciated additional lounge chairs by the pool and cushions on the metal chairs there. The showerheads in the downstairs bathrooms need to be upgraded as the water pressure in those showers is abysmal. Overall, it's a lovely house in a beautiful location with lots to do nearby. Our family members enjoyed awe inspiring hiking, ziplining and rope climbing as well as a visit to the Utah Olympic Park. With just a few amendments, this house would be perfect.

Our family group of 10 had a wonderful time! Plenty of bedrooms, the kitchen space is fabulous, and everyone enjoyed the infinity pool! Highly recommend for large groups that want easy access to outdoor space for running and biking!

Great stay!

We had a great time staying here! It’s beautiful and comfortable!!! The hot tub and pool were a great bonus! We were in and out enjoying Salt Lake City but we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view of the mountains

This place is amazing. Beautiful views of the mountains. The pool and hot tub was great. There are a lot of stairs, by a lot I'm stairs to everything.

Salt Lake trip

This property is very nice, roomy with absolutely gorgeous views. I had a few questions and the property manager literally answered me in less than a few minutes each time. It was very clean and I have high standards for that!

Excellent Property

Location and property itself was stunning, and the pictures don’t do it justice. Jeff, the property manager, was extremely responsive and accommodating. I cannot say enough positive things about the property and Jeff! Highly recommend!

Great location for ski trip

This house was great for our family. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room and house is fully stocked with everything we needed. The views are amazing! We saw deer in the yard two nights after skiing. Great location to drive up to Little or Big Cottonwood Canyons

Great Location, almost Perfect

The house was so close to te canyons for skiik. That was the hugest perk! Beautiful and spacious. The heater was pre set to timed intervals of 75 degrees overnight by whoever was there previously and everyone was very unhappy and did not sleep the first night since it was too hot. The property advertised a BBQ in the title but upon arrival we could not find it. After contacting the property manager they said it was a mistake and apologized. We ended up having to cook our planned bbq meal over the stove, not a huge deal but disappointing. Lastly, I had to call to figure out how to use the hot tub since the instructions were not given on in the house manual. We loved the hot tub however and it was a treat to have after a day on the slopes. Overall was a good stay, beds were comfy, and lots of bathrooms.

Spread Out and Have Fun

Pictures don't do this place justice. This place is spacious and luxurious. There's plenty of outdoor trails to enjoy and things to do around the area as well. Shopping is close by too for supplies. The wooded surroundings are amazing.

Great house, Great Location!

The house was well situated and had lots of space for our group of 8. It was spacious and comfortable wtih great ammenities and very much as pictured in the photos of the listing. It was within walking distance of a couple of walking/hiking trails and a very close drive to many others.Close driving distance to many differenct restaturants as well. It was a great family vaction spot. We really enjoyed all Sandy had to offer and this was the perfect house to stay at. The property managers, Jeff and Bobby, we super responsive and accomodating. A definite repeat.
