This was a horrible hotel experience.
There was no shuttle to pick us up from the airport, and I was standing outside with my daughter for an hour trying to get a hold of the front desk, who put me on hold when they did finally answer. She was rude and short, and unhelpful when she told me the shuttles stopped at 9pm
At 1am she asked me for my daughter’s ID, who is 13. The time frame she gave us for the shuttle the next morning was different than the website and different than posted in the lobby.
The room itself - there was nothing deluxe about it. The curtains are so old they’re torn and do not block the light out, the pillows are the worst I’ve ever slept on, the refrigerator had to be unplugged in the middle of the night because it started screeching. The bathroom light/fan is like a car engine, and this morning it sounded like our neighbor was showering in our room because the walls are so thin.
This room and the front desk professionalism was a 2, not a 7.5 like advertised, and I would like Expedia to refund the expense.
