Nice neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. 1600 sq ft house with newly remodeled kitchen and newly remodeled master bath and second bath. Right next to freeway. Sleeps 6 with 3 beds. Sleeps 8 with blowup mattress. 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. Roomy kitchen with freezer/fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven/range, laundry washer and dryer, dinning area, and den/tv room. Barbecue in back yard. All of the art work in the home has been painted by me.

Just 10 minuets north of Salt lake city. 10 min to convention center, 15 minuets north of airport. Minutes away from ski resorts, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, atv trails, Mt. biking, hiking, boating etc. Two bars within walking distance.

Has high speed internet, WiFi, Blu Ray Player, and with access to Netflix and 100’s of other apps, to make your vacation enjoyable for everyone. There is a local rec-center a few blocks away where you can enjoy hot tub, pool, ice skating, racket ball, gym, and indoor running track.

Ski trip

The property is located in an overall quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. We were on a family ski trip and it was perfect middle ground between our ski locations. Everything at the property was in working order and had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens were provided. The host communicated well before,during,and after the stay.

Bountiful family visit

Our stay was good at this house. We had an issue with the furnace on Thanksgiving night and Sam was able to get things fixed despite the holiday. Comfy bed. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

So the homeowner was very nice and responded quickly and the home was very clean For the price he is asking it is decent. however it doesn’t show much about the neighborhood It is sketchy so maybe Google Earth it before you stay and see if you’re comfortable with that. Also, the floors are rotten in the house, and the planks are coming up, which pinched our feet and causes to trip multiple times so be cautious of that. Those are all tiny details that can be fixed. That once again for the price it was fair.

Several things in the house needed repairs. hole in kitchen floor, one bathroom door totally unusable - in half-open position. Rusty pipes in the patio were dangerous, one member of group skinned ankle on a rusty pipe. The house next door looked like druggies lived there.

A Most Desirable Rental

Thanks so much for sharing your rental home with us. It was easy to access from the highway. The neighborhood was quiet. The decor was tasteful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen utensils were plentiful. Everything was as promised in your VRBO description. And, as others have said--you are very responsive. If we learn of friends who are planning a trip to Salt Lake City we will definitely recommend your rental.

Cute little spot!

Cute spot we stayed in! Perfect for our family of 5. It was cute and kitchen was well stocked which was perfect as we cooked a lot there. It was close to so much which meant we didn’t have to do an insane amount of driving. Host let us check in early since we made good travel time and communication was great

The house is cozy. We enjoyed our time in Bountiful, UT, but I have a request/suggestion. 1) Please stock adequate cookware. We use VRBO, because we like to save money by cooking at the house.

Visiting Grandchildren

The house has easy access with no steps and a bonus is you are not sharing or having people above. Not luxurious but everything you need for a stay, Comfortable beds, large dining area, all cooking facilities and a lounge with a large TV. It's close to the main routes with lots of eateries fairly close by. (10/12 minute walk)

Good place for the family

This place is really set up for visiting with a family -- and was good for us. Big plus -- no basement and few steps for older people to navigate. The appliances are all new and the kitchen was really set for us to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for my daughter and her family -- she just had a baby. Thanks for sharing with us Sam!

Don’t stay here

We almost didn’t stay the second night. The neighborhood is scary. The yard is not well maintained . When it says nice yard, not true. The worst is the smell it had a terrible musty ,smell, old smoke smell. I bought several air fresheners but could still smell it. Needs paint. 1 dish towel. No cups. Dirty windows and the blinds were disgusting. The furniture was old used second hand, the fireplace does not work. The flooring throughout the house is broken and chipped. We didn’t dare eat in the house. There was animal hair in the master closet. It was a good thing we were gone a lot. I would not recommend this to anyone.
