The room was not ready by the check-in time and the front desk (this indian guy I think his name was raljit?) was very rude about it. The room I got was very dirty. It smelled of mold and mildew when I complained about it the front desk was very rude about it as well. Thankfully, they put me in a new room however I cannot believe that they have rooms that are so dirty. The front desk was rude to me the entire time I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My room did not have a microwave even though it was supposed to. I ask front desk for one and a dirty one was given to me. Every time I went back to my room the key was inactive and I had to walk back to front desk so they could reactivate it. On check out day early in the morning housekeeping tried just going in the room with their key without knocking. They then ask if I am checking out even though it is not near check out time.

Definitely not upholding the brand name. Dirty floors, dead bugs, shoddy maintenance work throughout building. Hotel gives off ‘rent by the month or by the hour’ vibes. Area is close to airport and close to gas stations and fast food. Neighborhood feels safe but hotel not so much. Slid table up to door for added security.

Courtyard was very nice to sit in and relax. Breakfast was great. Amelia's Bar and Grill was fantastic. Front Desk personal were great. The only issue I had was that I went down to get an extra blanket to enjoy the court yard further and they would NOT give me one due to a manager needing to be present... I was alittle unhappy with that due to the fact that I needed a blanket bc I was cold at night, and I was unable to be accommodated due to a rule that I was unsure why that had to be. I had to leave the premises, drive to walmart and purchase an extra blanket at about 8:30-9 at night. I didn't much care for that, but I am still giving good reviews bc my stay was rather nice.

I chose it because it was close to the airport, offered shuttle service and was affordable. I found it to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Nothing to complain about.

It was right on a main highway, so noise was an issue. Also, you could hear people in the hallway, very clearly. The room was clean. Bed was AMAZING. And the pillows were soft but firm enough to not hurt your neck. Staff was always friendly.

Absolute dump, rooms are falling apart with cracks in the walls and plaster. They should not be allowed to operate in this condition. Cleaning service is irregular at best and you have to beg and plead for someone to clean your room. Do yourself a favor and just pass. I had no idea there were hotels like this…motel 6 would be an upgrade. Owners don’t seem to care about the condition of their hotels and are likely perfectly content for it to fall apart. Absolute unmitigated disaster.

it was convenient. people seemed nice. 1 lamp didn't have a place to plug in and bulb was out. room was clean and beds were comfortable. no safety bar in the shower though and that was awkward.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean and none of the gym equipment worked. However, the beds were comfortable. Overall this facility could use updating.

When I walked in at 11:45 am to check in, the person at the desk told me that I could not check in till 3:00 pm. I told them that I will cancel my reservation and go some where else. Guy was quick to change his mind and gave me a room right away. Later I went and asked the receptionist if there was any fast food places near by. He stated that there wasn't and tried to send me to their small bar and grill in the hotel. After going outside to get in my truck, I seen a subway and a Wendy's right across the street.. I hate being lied too.
