Walk to Restaurants and Coffee -- Great New Hot Tub

Walk to three wonderful restaurant and a great local coffee shop. Close to four world class ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton) and short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. We can provide info on parking reservations and other details to help you navigate resort requirements.

This already wonderful home had a recent renovation that included a new floor-to-ceiling fireplace, new flooring throughout, new furniture, all new interior doors and other upgrades. There is also a SONOS theater surround system for TV and music. What was a great home is now even better! Our reviews say it all.

Stay for at least a week and there is usually a discount for most stays. Rates apply to a maximum of six guests, and a small nightly fee is charged for each additional guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Stay at this wonderful 4BR 3BA luxury condo at Canyon Racquet Club. Feels like home and has tasteful artwork, a private hot tub and a fully stocked kitchen.

This unit has location, location, location. Conveniently situated within walking distance or short drive to the UTA ski buses to Alta/Snowbird and Solitude/Brighton. Allows those in your party who want to go up early/late or end the day early/late the flexibility to do as they choose.

Six individual beds and five separate sleeping areas for maximum flexibility to accommodate your group. Bedding includes one king, three queens, one double bed and one twin.

This private home has all the personal touches to make your stay enjoyable. Individually-owned but professionally managed, this is the place you will return to year after year. Property manger lives near by so any maintenance issues or problems are taken care of promptly.

A two car garage, private hot tub and new fireplace provide convenience and luxury to make your winter vacation memorable. Please note that owner may leave a vehicle in one of the garage spaces, but if this is an issue (it does not happen most of the time) or if you need two garage spaces we can move it.

The upper level has a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.

There are three additional bedrooms on the main level, including one with a queen bed and a private bathroom. Another bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has both a queen and twin bed that share a hall bathroom.

There is a bonus space off the master bedroom that can be used as a fifth sleeping room that has a double bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes, equipment and spices you need. Three restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop are also within walking distance, and many more are a short drive away. Grocery shopping, including a Whole Foods store, is minutes away.

Also convenient to shopping and entertainment, and to the Park City ski resorts. 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake and 20 minutes to the airport.

Right before your stay we send you entry codes and address along with tips and other information including a local masseuse that will come right to our ski home. We also provide restaurant recommendations in the house manual. We have skied Utah for over 40 years, so we can answer most of your questions and provide you with information so you can make the most of your ski vacation.

Great location!

We absolutely loved the location of this home. Located at the mouth of both ski resort canyons. Walking distance to the shuttle for Brighton/Solitude and a short drive to Snowbird. We also walked to restaurants. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the stocked coffee and sandwich bags, foil, and condiments, syrup, etc. This made shopping for groceries so much easier. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace every night. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our family. It was true to its description and very clean! There were several nice touches such as coffee and filters. Stay here!

This property is fantastic. The location is great for Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude, with the other an easy drive away. The property manager was very responsive to communications with us from the moment we arrived until we left Salt Lake City. Having said that, though, because the property was in perfect condition, we needed very little communication! Thank you for a great place to stay - I look forward to returning when the time comes.

Wonderful vacation, perfect property!

Everything about this rental far exceeded our expectations.They thought of EVERYTHING!The home was very very clean and comfortable,The layout was impressive and so much thought shows in how beautifully decorated it was,The owner Jim and property manager Stacy have obviously put so much care and effort into this home which made our family trip to SLC a dream ,We’re from Hawaii and are hoping to make this home an annual getaway.Absolutely loved every single thing about the home !!

Great Rental

Perfect location close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and easy access to interstate to get anywhere in Salt Lake City. Great communication with both owner and property manager. The place seemed very clean. We were in the area to move our son back into the dorms and spend a few days showing his grandmother the beauty of the mountains. It was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we cooked for a few of his dorm friends one night. The hot tub was clean and in good working order for them to enjoy. There was a bedroom with a private bath on the main level for ease of access to our elderly guest. The stairs to get in the condo were easy for her to manage. We arrived late in the evening for check in, but instructions were easy to access the unit and there was coffee in the kitchen for our first morning. The garage and laundry room were great as we used the garage to store items for the dorm until move-in day, and we had bedding to wash for preparation for move-in. Overall, a very comfortable, easy and relaxed stay. Would consider staying here again on our next visit.

This property is in a phenomenal location.

Even though this property is right off the main loop freeway for Salt Lake City, and about 15-20 minutes from the airport, you’re immersed in the beautiful Wasatch outdoors! This condo has a spectacular view of the giant Wasatch mountains which are literally in your backyard. We loved how clean the condo was. We really appreciated how well stocked it was: all the details from the kitchen to the laundry room were taken care of. The owner has decorated this with a tasteful representation of the great outdoor opportunities in the state of Utah! We would definitely rent here again and highly recommend this property.

Just book it!

This was the most comfortable stay I’ve had in this area. The condo is very well appointed, from furnishings, bedding, decor, artwork, and a very extensively supplied kitchen. The views are beautiful, the private hot tub deck nestled in the tree is so lovely. There was a hummingbird nest just above our heads. It was very quiet and peaceful at the condo, and the walkable coffee shop and restaurants made for great ease. Jim and Stacey were prompt to respond to questions and overall we just loved our stay!

Beautiful home perfect for the slopes

This property is absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The house is full of very tasteful art and has a very warm feeling to it. The location was perfect for us to us the UTA park and ride system to the slopes. We did get a noise complaint on the first night that I hope the owner and caretaker can forgive. The property has a world class Sonos speaker system. I would highly recommend this for anyone to stay that wants to experience Salt Lake City.

Perfect get away location

From the moment of our reservation, the property owner had great communication and clearly communicated check in procedures making our late night arrival a breeze. Perfect Home for Utah Ski Trip

Every aspect of this home was perfect for our family ski trip. The owner is responsive and accommodating. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality cookware and equipment and many basics, and there are thoughtful touches throughout, like wireless phone chargers, a room for warming ski boots and equipment, several good family games, motion-detecting night lights, and of curse the private hot tub on the deck! The location was even better than we expected — very centrally located if you want to ski a number of different Utah resorts. Restaurants, a convenience store, and a ski equipment rental location (With discounted lift tickets) are within walking distance, and grocery stores are 5 minutes away. We’d highly recommended this home for your vacation!

Dream location for downtown convention access

This property is really great. Lots of rooms and beds and a hot tub!! It’s very clean and well equipped. We love working with Stacey the property manager and found access super easy. We love how close we are to the mountains for hiking, great grocery stores like Whole Foods, excellent restaurants (The Porcupine, and Lonestar Taqueria), and a 20 minute drive to the Salt Palace convention center down town. This is our 3rd year staying in the same neighborhood because we like it so much.

Enjoyed our stay, Highly recommend!

We had a family group and the condo was very clean, spacious and well-appointed. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing. We enjoyed the decor and the original artwork in the condo. Communication with both the owner and property manager was great. We had an infant with us and used a service recommended by the owner that delivered some baby gear, which was super helpful; the property manager facilitated the drop-off and pick-up of the baby items, which was great. The check-in and out process was easy and they were able to work with our flight arrival and departure. Highly, highly recommend this property! Thanks for a great first visit to beautiful Utah!
