I will start by saying the stay was pretty cheap and the most affordable for our group. Definitely something to keep in mind for this review. This is tough, you know it’s a family business and everyone is trying to get by but it’s pretty dirty. There were stains on the floor and on the sheets. We had a 4 night stay and there were two massive holes in the hallway ceiling that were just there. I didn’t bother to look at any of the amenities or check out the breakfast because I knew it wouldn’t be for me

It appeared to be transitioning into/out of being a Best Western, so the signage didn't match our reservation. Breakfast hours were 6-9 AM (ended too early IMHO) and seemed a bit spartan if it was called a continental breakfast (Can't remember exactly how it was marketed). There were square holes in the ceiling in the hallway into the ceiling above on the way to our room. Room linens, towels were all clean. Remote/TV never worked. No microwave or refrigerator. Toilet seat was up when we arrived. Seemed odd. Workman were on the roof doing something starting early. People walking around in the room overhead were absolutely heard in our room -- seemed to be no insulation between floors.

Our stay was terrible. They were fixing the top front portion of the hotel and the building was shaking everyday!. The rug in the room was dirty like stains of pet pee, poop and what have they. The aircon stopped running. The elevator stopped -- there was no generator to back it up and people got stuck in the elevator. Had to call 911. Not to mention the batter for making waffles for " free breakfast " ran out, the orange juice ran out.

The property was quiet. Walls jad food on them, bathroom had mold. The molding was loose and hanging off. The clerk at the front desk was absolutely wonderful at check in.

I booked 3 nights and it was so terrible we had to check out after 1, they also refused to refund the remaining amount! I wouldn’t recommend booking through Expedia or this property!

The hotel is older, but the rooms have been redone and are nice and modern. Beds are comfortable. They are renovating the exterior at the moment but workers were done before check in so there is no noise. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the rénovations. A very good value for the money.

When walking in, it smelled like weed and smoke in the lobby and elevator. There were holes in the ceiling, the latch on the door didn’t close, the bathroom is very old and dirty. We thought the pool was up and running but it is closed and we were not told until we went to look. We ended up leaving that night.

We stayed for one night, it was good for a quick stop. Our fridge in the room didn’t work and smelt. Lots of construction going on. Pool and fitness centre closed without notice. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but good for a night. Few restaurants/gas stations etc. walking distance from hotel

This was a really run down motel, our first rooms fridge didnt work, our secound room was missing the microwave and a phone. We went down to use the jacuzzi but it was out of water and it was cold. We went to our convention and upon parking in the parking lot to go up to our room we found a used syringe behind our truck in the grass. Lots of sketchy people and not in the best area of town. We will not stay here again.

I was very impressed with my stay here. The night before I had stayed at a Hyatt place. The West Valley Inn was very comparable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Impressed me the most was the hospitality. I was traveling alone with a broken foot and the staff came out to my car and carried my luggage up to my room for me. They are very kind and I would highly recommend this place!

Overall, the stay was fine, but things were rather slow when we needed things and when the toilet clogged out of no where my husband was handed a plunger to take care of it himself. I’ve never seen that from a hotel before. The continental breakfast was very minimal. Hopefully that changes as the owners get more established. What they did have available was good so overall it wasn’t a huge deal, but it would’ve been nice to have a little more variety.

The tv never work while we stay there, we let the front desk know and he didnt know what to do, there was also 4 or 5 more people complaining of the same issue, the phone in the room to call front desk didnt work, to register it took us 20 minutes, there sas no microwave in our room or redrigerator, in the morning the front desk lady said that the guy was going at 10:00 when we left, i ask for a refund and they didnt want to.
