“I never recieved check in info from host. No response to msgs. Called vrbo placed on hold 30 minutes. Was never able to check in. I was not able to check in Vrbo ask about cleanliness on survey and it has to be answered. I don’t know if it was clean or not ”

“I stayed here for 3 nights, along with my guest. This property really deserve more than a 5 star. it was immaculate inside and outside We loved everything about it. extremely quiet the property manager took the time out to reach out to me personally and I really really appreciate that. I will be staying here again very soon possibly in July I’ve also recommending it to my family & friends as well.that are traveling to Jamaica very soon!”

“The decor of the house was lovely. I felt quite at home. There was a small problem with the toilet which was rectified expeditiously and that was greatly appreciated. I'm familiar with the area so getting around was quite easy. The only thing I would have preferred would be to have a key to the padlock for the grills to the front and back door. It is a gated community however I felt a bit uneasy that the only thing separating me from the outside was a code which others also had. I suppose even……

“This property is clean, quiet, and homey and located within an extremely secure neighborhood. Heather is friendly, organized, and very responsive. She kept in touch before and during my stay. Even as Hurricane Beryl approached the island, there was no lapse in communication. Serenity was ready for me to occupy a couple days after the passage of the hurricane. Impressive! The place had electricty, water, and really strong internet. I truly felt at home and would like to stay again in the……
