“The apartment was clean but the actual beds were disgusting . They were like sleeping on a plank of wood . If one cannot sleep then the you have a terribble night . Paying good money to sleep on a hard piece of wood . This hotel needs to invest in comfortablw beds otherwise they should close down ”

“Unable to get local channels on tv only YouTube worked?? No dish washing soap. No mosquito screens over windows. Had a great stay, great friendly and helpful staff.”

“The place was nice and clean, but the problem was communication. We reached out to the Agent of the place regarding a WiFi and how to connect the tv as it is an old Sinotec smart tv, we only got the password from the lady and she ignored communications on how to connect the tv. She also ignored communication of where should we get the keys to the pool from. I even sent messages on the Hotels.com website to the property and nobody responded. ”

“I have hot flashes so it was important to have central air. It was not clear from the listing that there was no central air just a tiny unit in one bedroom that did little to cool the apartment. The agent was rude and very unhelpful- My son and I left the property after just 2 days- We had paid for a full 5 day stay, but she refused to reimburse any part of the money paid. Very poor customer service skills.”
