“The Villas are great for multiple people that want to stay together. The rooms are kinda outdated and in need of some repair like squeaky floors, cracked walls, etc but for the discounted price was a great deal! Mostly all cosmetic things… Sauna, jacuzzi tub, 2 balconies, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 pull out couches. Keep in mind, you have to take out your trash, empty the fireplace, take all your towels and bedding downstairs by the main door… we didnt know that.”

“It was very convenient that every bedroom had it's own bathroom and mini-fridge ! In addition to the mini's, there were three full sized refrigerators. Very nice! There were some items that need slight repair, but nothing major. One negative is that there is no bathroom near the pool. It was a slight inconvenience to climb the steps to the house for bathroom use for the kids. The pool was ideal! Big and clean with a lot of pool toys available. We did activities around town in the mornings……

“This house was perfect for us to get to the casino and Golf at French lick. It was so clean and everything around the house was amazing. The super steep hill getting up to the house was hard to walk up but driving was no problem. Amazing house over all. Super clean and very spacious!”

“We were in town for a wedding weekend. It was a perfect stay. Property was just like the pictures. They had all the basics - paper towels, garbage bags, soaps and detergent. That made it nice for a short stay. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels but a nice washer and dryer of you run out. Room for one car in the driveway and two spots on the road and the extra half bath came in handy for 6 adults to get ready at one time. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot to visit French Lick. “My wife and I celebrated our 27th anniversary. The cottage was nice. Tammy the property manager was friendly and easily accessible. She shared her knowledge of the area and recommended good restaurants. It was chilly for our stay, so we didn’t get to explore the grounds, but they looked beautifully kept.”
