**Water and electricity consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$1.500,00is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after checkout (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
