“Thank you so much for a clean,cute and easy location. I enjoyed grabbing my coffee in the mornung and sitting out on the patio. It was a bit chilly but you had extra cozy blankets that were wonderful! Thank uou agaun! If back i would definitely come back!”

“We came in for a few nights to check out the bourbon distilleries in the area. This property served the purpose we were after perfectly as a spot to sleep while we were gone the rest of the time. The location is in an apartment complex filled neighborhood with Frankfort within a five minute drive. The property manager answered questions quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend the place if you have your own vehicle and are spending most of your time on the town. ”

“This apartment is perfect. Great quiet location, very green surrounding. We enjoyed it, a lot. The only thing i would suggest is that there is not enough space for a woman to place her toiletries in the bathroom. The owner could maybe, put some shelves. We saw also that this apartment must be very warm in the summertime as the window get hit by the afternoon sun. Otherwise everything was perfect. ”

“This lovely place exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well equipped, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood! There were several special extra touches that made it so easy…starter toiletries, a few snacks, and lots of K-cups for the coffee maker! Everything is on one level. We took several walks in the neighborhood, and we were within easy driving distance to UK, downtown, grocery store, and dining. If we’re ever in Lexington again, we will definitely stay here.”

“Everything was provided that is needed for a short trip. This included necessities that might’ve been forgotten. The condo was very clean throughout. The bed was comfortable and clean. 2 TVs were convenient. Temperature setting was comfortable. Claire, was very communicative and provided all details regarding the condo. Overall, we would book this condo again if we take another trip to Lexington, KY area. ”

“Property did not disappoint! We were in town for freshman orientation at UKY and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was clean, stylish and perfect for our stay. Location is convenient to the university as well as restaurants and entertainment. All were within walking distance.”
