Lot sizes vary from 20,000 to 40,000 square feet, which provides open spaces and more privacy. This upgraded, pet-friendly home offers brand-new laminate flooring throughout, upgraded King mattresses, and great room furnishings. Located close to great restaurants, the island's best water sports venues, and clean, less-crowded beaches. This home sits on a higher lot, elevated from heavy rains and storms, with a vertical 4-level design, open floor plan, and elevator to all levels.
