“House is as the pictures. Hot Tub was clean and the pool was just opened. It came up to temperature during the stay. House has plenty of room for the four of us. We did not have any children but the bunk beds would work easily for several. Overall the area is quiet and relatively noise free.”

“Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was mostly a peaceful and relaxing time. Pros The place is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The river is steps away! The house was clean & has everything you need. Looks just like the pictures. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Cons The yard was overgrown and unkept. Our dogs got covered in thousands (I mean thousands!!!) of stickers, burrs and fox tails. It took us hours to get them all out. There is also poison oak growing in the……

“This property is magical. The pool surrounded by mountain and ranch scenery can not be beat. Fruit trees! The kitchen has everything, the bedrooms are all adorable. Plenty of space. Had the best Bachelorette party.”
