蜜月套房浴室使用不方便，被很薄，燈光較昏暗，部份電制插頭冇電，燈膽忽光忽暗，持續性房間有雜音，整體來說並不理想，但員工態度及服務很好。

Overall it's a very good place to stay. Great location, it's just in the old town center. We could walk to most of the important attractions. Public transportation and connection is good and convenient. Walking a couple of mins you can reach the bus/tram stop and take bus or tram to Königsee, Hallstatt and Redbull Hangar 7 or Salzburg airport. Breakfast is awesome. Hotel staffs are always nice and friendly. But we ran into the same situation as other travelers' experience, we stayed for 2 nights the shower gel was used up on the first day and no refill afterwards even we came to the desk to ask and remind them. You better check the shower gel first when you are in the room. Also the room price is somehow too high. With the price we expected to get a bigger or newer room. I'd suggest you to consider other hotels not located in the old town center if you also hope to stay with a fair price. Because the public transportation system is quite convenient in Salzburg city center, you can even walk.

Parking is difficult and there is no instruction ahead of time to figure out access to the hotel. Hotel is in 2 separate buildings across the street. Second building has only rooms so if you need front desk or breakfast you have to go across the street…. Not very convenient when is raining or cold.

Second time to stay and just as exceptional as before! Everything is kept to high standards. Breakfast is filling with many options. Would highly recommend to others as it’s not too far from the old historic area - easy quiet walk.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities, and the breakfast was delicious. I had a wonderful stay.

Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer im Nebengebäude in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Es war leider bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass man ein Zimmer auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gebucht hat. Zum Frühstück, Wellness, Sauna, Schwimmbad und Bar mussten wir immer die Straße überqueren.

This place was booked by chance and I had no regrets...I love the breakfast also...very interesting choice... colourful and awesome!! I will surely stay here in my next trip again Staff were all awesome..oh..there's even spa..sauna and pool.... what more can one ask for... Conveniently located even for buses to and from airport. .less than 4 mins walk.mayb lesser.. I've had a good time staying at the hotel...tq again..
