“The room is cozy, very neat and tidy. The hotel staffs are courteous. However, they should better organise their hotel shuttle bus service. It stated clearly that they have a fix schedule of picking up the hotel guest at CentralWorld Shopping Centre. I was waited for half an hour at the mall for their shuttle bus to the hotel, eventually no bus arrived. I made my own transport to the hotel. I asked the concierge staff how come there was no bus pick me up at the mall according to the schedule.……

“Needed to book a new hotel immediately! I just came back from a visit in the grand palace today. I was tired and exhausted, and guess what I need to move out immediately when I got back to the hotel. The hotel is secluded back off the main road, it is within walking distance of a large hospital, convenience stores, large intersection with night vendors. If you're a big fan of the nightlife bars, girls, etc. it would be best to stay closer to the Nana Plaza area, although if you like the quiet calm life, this hotel is perfect. The restaurant……
