“Nice campsite compare to others and they really take care of their guests ”

“The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits……

“Room picture shown in website at location totally opposite. We have booked luxury cottage by paying premium amount but basics amenities are not there. The cottage was shabby.”

“Arrived after a long trip to a room that was not cleaned. Toilet was filthy. I was quickly ushered to another roomwhich haleaking toilet & bathwater was standing. Heater did not work as power went out in the night. No hot water in the morning due to power outages. Good was the music entertainment & food was nice ”

“It exceeded my expectations.. we had a good time.. although we planned for 3 nights which is little longer.. 2 nights is ideal.. food was good.. rooms and tents were very nice.. the evening program was also very nice.. we enjoyed their jeep safari and camel ride.. ATV (quad bike) was not good.. would recommend to anyone.. they have perfect location..”
