Let’s start with the good things, the best you have is your staff, almost everyone was very friendly specially the room attendant, the staff at the buffet as well very friendly,we did not use the pool not even once I believe is just one pool for all that people, just not good for me,the must uncomfortable part is very small parking place near the lobby, the parking was outside and very inconvenient and far I believe for locals like me who goes driving their own car is very inconvenient,we only had acces for one a la cart restaurant, although not impressed with the menu we went to the fish market something like that, we waited like 15 minutes to be taken the order while another family was attended much more faster I believe some how the paid more attention because they were from another country, anyways the best part is when I asked for room service they told me at the lobby the hotel does not offer room service. Definitely not coming any more to this facility or any Bahia principe.
