“設備自体は新しく綺麗なのですが、前の宿泊客のものかベッドに髪の毛が数本残っていました。”

“観光のため数日滞在しました。客室は非常に清潔で、極めて快適に過ごせました。(シャワーの水圧もバッチリ) 観光要所や市街からはやや離れており、ホテル周辺で歩いてレストランを探したり、買い物をするのには向きません。(ローカルなファーストフードや飲み物を買うコンビニ的なお店はあります。)ただ、ホテル内のレストランはイタリアンが中心で割高感はあるものの、使いやすく美味しいです。水などのソフトドリンク、軽いお菓子もホテル内で購入できます。 立地についても、配車アプリでタクシーはすぐ呼べますし、観光要所まで10分前後なので気になるほどではありませんでした。 ちなみに配車アプリを利用すれば、深夜や早朝でもタクシーはつかまえられます。その為、駅や空港へのアクセスは良好に感じました。(旧市街にあるホテルなどはタクシーに乗れる場所まで歩く必要があるホテルもあると聞くので) フロントのスタッフは英語が堪能で、フレンドリーかつ親切でした。洗濯機の使い方も非常に丁寧に教えてもらえて、本当に助かりました。”

“サマルカンドを家族旅行で訪れた際に2泊利用しました。 内装もとてもおしゃれで非常に過ごしやすいホテルでした。 スタッフもとても親切で丁寧な対応です。 朝食もも個々で作ってくれました。 ドル支払いを希望したところ、お釣りにドルがないとなり、急いで近隣のホテルで両替をしてきてくれました。 また、初日シャワーのお湯が出にくかったので、オーナーに伝えたところ、翌日には熱湯が出るほど改善されていました。 部屋が広すぎて暖房が効くまで寒かったのと、部屋の鍵が掛けづらかったので、修理されるともっと良いと思います。 また家族で訪れる際はぜひ利用したいです。 ”

“The hotel is located in quiet street not far from main attractions of Samarkand. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel restaurant where breakfast is served is authentic and beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel restaurant is very popular with live music. It is recommended to book it in advance if you are going to have dinner there. Finally the staff especially Mr. Murod and Mr. Bexruz are super friendly, professional and helpful. ”

“Excellent hotel, newly opened. The staff is very helpful and extremely generous. We (four of us) went there for my birthday and the staff bought a cake for me, one staff person walked with me to the ATM machine. The hotel is conveniently located, only five/seven minutes’ walk to the Registan and in a very safe area of the city (Samarkan is in general very safe). The rooms are clean and comfortable. “ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで英語でコミュニケーションができます。 シングルで予約していたが、ツインにアップグレードしてくれました。 部屋は少し狭めですがきれいに清掃されており、宿泊には必要十分です。 主要な観光地にも徒歩圏内で好きな時間に観光することができます。 レストランは朝食のみのため昼・夜は外食になります。 ホテル内でゆったり過ごしたい人には物足りないかもしれませんが、自由に行動したい私にはすごく良いホテルでした。”

“A lovely small boutique style hotel which I’d recommend to anyone visiting the city. It’s located down a small side street and so is really quiet, but it’s a fairly short and easy walk to many of the main sights. The entrance way is beautiful and the fantastic decor continues everywhere throughout, where clearly a lot of thought has gone into keeping it traditional and impressive. All the staff are really friendly and can’t do enough to help, making you feel really at home. There’s no elevators……
