“Villa Edem was perfect for us, located just up the road from our favourite beach, Alaties. The property was clean and comfortable, and Nikoletta ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Our favourite area was the beautiful garden and swimming pool, with plenty of space for shade and sun. We would recommend a stay at Villa Edwm and would love to return.”

“Villa Liladi is a simply wonderful villa. My wife and I had a two-week holiday based there and can unreservedly recommend it. Its location is perfect, affording peaceful and stunning views from its terrace of the seas separating Kephalonia from the smaller island of Ithica and the Greek mainland. It is also just some 4 km from the lovely, busy harbour (‘Yachty’ ) town of Fiskardo and just 3 km from the heavenly uncrowded beach at Foki Bay and others near-by. “A lovely property with fabulous views. Very comfortable bed and good air-conditioning when needed. Our room was number 10 up in the eaves so some low sloping ceilings but an amazing view. Small but adequate kitchenette and bathroom. Great pool. Good local restaurant and handy shop. Definitely need a car, too far to walk to the beach or Fiscardo. Would stay here again. ”

“Villa Eirini is situated near the small hamlet of Evreti with the most amazing views across the Ionian Sea to the sister island of Ithaca from the breakfast terrace and both bedrooms. The villa was welcoming and beautifully clean with the nice touch of some useful provisions, plus a very nice bottle of white wine. Our host Greg always responded promptly to our queries and checked that we were enjoying our stay while we were there. Natalie Greg's cousin lives across the road from the villa and……

“Clean, safe and nice staff. However, you have to pay extra 20 euros per bed sheet and 10 euro per towel set and 5 euro to use the A, all per stay. Which wasn’t mentioned upon booking. There were no toiletries whatsoever, no dish soap, no toilet paper. Also there was a 100 euro deposit that wasn’t mentioned either. The cleaning costs 40 euro and you can choose to do it yourself but it included chores like wiping windows. The staff was very nice and gave us late check out and was very helpful……

“This is the first time we have booked an older villa. We are delighted that we did. This family home has a marvellous feel about it. It is surrounded by ancient trees and beautiful flowers and had vines growing alongside the pool which looks over the beautiful Foki Bay, where we swam at dawn every day. The villa radiates peace and tranquility and it was made better by the team that hosted us. Vassiliki and her cousin Labros made the whole stay better. They epitomise the concept of Greek……

“We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. The grounds were well kept and spacious, the pool was perfect for cooling down and there were staff regularly cleaning the pool,……
