“Everything was perfect for our weekend getaway on Lummi Island. The views are stunning, private beach access was fun, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook (and lots of extras like coffee, oil, and spices), the TV room is super cozy, and the beds were comfortable. Our dog loved the large backyard, though not fully fenced so thankful that she isn't a runner. We're so grateful for the wonderful dog-friendly and welcoming stay! ”

“We recently stayed at this house on Lopez Island and, while it has a beautiful view and the potential to be charming, it’s important to know what to expect. The house had an eerie, somewhat neglected feel to it. There were bugs inside, a noticeable odor, and it didn’t seem ready for guests—very bare with no Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, the sliding glass door was left wide open, which was unsettling. The neighborhood has close neighbors, so privacy was limited, and there were no coverings on some of the……

“These hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfy and easy. Coffee, tea, snacks and other staples are ready to go. Everything was so clean and easy to locate! Bedding is all incredibly comfortable and it’s cozy and quiet. One suggestion would be an alternative light source for kitchen area as at night it would be nice to sit in kitchen area w/o the many bright ceiling lights. Super convenient location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!”

“Great location and nice spot. Really nice and quiet. Comfortably sleeps 4, the couch on the main floor isn’t really suited for adults as it’s pretty small. Only issue we had was the neighbors septic alarm going off for a couple hours in the evening. Shutoff after about an hour though. we can’t blame our host for something completely out of their control! ”

“Overall good stay, however the dang dehumidifier sounds like a lawnmower engine at 2am when youre trying to sleep. Otherwise, no complaints.”

“This home has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, two dining areas, a living room with basic TV, and a nice galley kitchen. Is the home showing its age and time next to the ocean? Definitely. But it’s well-maintained inside and is a great base for fun days at the beach. Save for furniture, it is sparsely furnished— don’t expect many extra towels, any cleaning products, or any of the basics (like salt and pepper or oil) if you are planning to cook, but there are stores on the island if you……
