“The house was a great set up! The inside looked the same as pictures and was very clean! The neighbors were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The backyard was perfect for relaxing at the house and pool. There was some damage from past hurricanes, but aside from that it was great!”

“This is a simple process. We all enjoyed our stay. The house and property is beautiful. I did accidentally break a small piece ( i am 6 '7") the first time it just knocked it off. It no longer stuck. I reported the issue. Was informed of a replacement that was a success. A whole day later i did it again. Only the sticky part stayed. So since i failed successfully, i bought some glue and left it with the home with a note upon are departure. I tried not to let that bother me. But still felt……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Pool Bungalow. The bungalow had everything we needed, especially the cool, relaxing pool! It was in the perfect, central location in Sarasota. Close to everything like Nathan Benderson park and the beaches…the two, important things we came for. In addition, the contact and communication with the property managers was top notch! They were accommodating, friendly, quick and professional! We look forward to booking this bungalow again! ”

“We had a girls weekend trip and the house was AMAZING. The consensus was that will absolutely be returning and enjoying a little longer stay. You’re about 20-30 minutes from local beaches if you want to go the beach route, but honestly the best part of this house is the whole backyard and the view. “The house was located on a beautifully landscaped secluded lot with several trees and lush plants. The outdoor lights added a magical glow. There was plenty of room for our group and we were able to set up extra beds as needed. The host was very attentive and even made arrangements to meet with us the next day to retrieve some items we forgot. ”

“Newly renovated after last year’s storms. The apartment was roomy with a nice kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room area. Best was the pool and the availability of toys, chairs and towels. Close to Turtle Beach and the SCAT bus was free and convenient. Had dinner at Ophelia’s near Turtle Beach, the absolute best service and meals. Perfect place to stay while visiting Siesta Key.”

“My stay Siesta Heron was anything but cozy and left much to be desired. From the onset, the property did not live up to the expectations set by the glowing reviews and appealing photographs posted online. My concerns are threefold and notably impacted the quality of my stay: an unwelcome pest sighting, inadequate outdoor lighting, and unresponsive hosts. First, the discovery of a cockroach lounging on the sofa upon our arrival was disheartening. It immediately cast a pall over our stay, making……

"This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again."
