“It was a little hard to find, as entry is easy to miss and I wasn't sure which of the cabins it was. But once I got there it was worth the effort: a very nice shepherd's hut, with good facilities and the view was wonderful even in early spring, the only nearby neighbours are the pheasants and deer.Bad: Drive down (or especially back up) is very steep on gravel track so took some practice to get up. “Lovely chalet and facilities. Only 2 problems noted. The grass around the chalet needed cutting. We reported a fault with the toilet continuously the house keeper’s husband came out but was unable to fix it. We had to switch of the water to the boiler on the night time as it disturbed our sleep. besides these 2 issues our stay was very enjoyable and would definitely stay there again. ”

Where to begin? *Couldn't get into contact with the owner for check-in, arrival times, code to the key box or anything. Only after contacting Travelnest (the third company in charge of advertising the property) by phone on the day of check-in, I got a very short email from the owner about the check-in time (an hour later than advertised) and code for the key box. No apologies, not even his/her……
