“Everything was awesome!!! The grounds are incredible and so many places to walk around. Every single person of the staff was incredible. They were so nice, helpful, etc. and the restaurant on property is amazing. There wasn’t one item that wasn’t delicious. I would say the only issue is when it rains/snows. As it get muddy everyone. “We have stayed at this lodge many times over the years. It's great especially if you are hiking in Minnewaska. They have renovated some rooms and some common areas but there are many other areas that still need a refresh. Price per night has gone up considerably and we were expecting the lodge to be pristine. Also, they tacked on a "resort fee" to our already high rate and I am not sure what we got for that. Front entrance porch boards needs paint, hallway rugs are old/stained and renovated……
