“This property failed to honor a paid reservation with a credit card deposit. I would strongly caution all visitors (especially if you are from out of country) to avoid this. Me and another set of guests were turned away despite a confirmed reservation, and we were forced to drive 2 hours back to Santiago as an emergency to find a bed.”
