We usually never have a hard time when staying at this hotel.
But This weekend was the complete opposite. The elevator was out of order the whole weekend we were there. No one informed us before hand, no discount was given nor not one apology about it. It's was at our will to "figure it out". Not to mention, we had a 5K event for a family member so it would have been nice! The lady working the front desk Friday night was unresponsive. We needed the sheets for the pull out sofa bed and it took about 30 tries to get a hold of them. Calling on both the hotel phone and our personal phone. Saturday, the older gentleman working the front desk seemed pleasant until it was our turn to speak to him. His tone definitely changed when he saw us. Not to stir the racial pot but he was rude and offish when we spoke to him but was just fine to the family before us and the family after us. *both Caucasian families."
