Nice place!

Great bed, well stocked, good size closet. Owner is wonderful and quick to respond to questions or needs. There’s a nice area to put on makeup and the towels are soft. Easy access to Bandera Road, Leon Valley and 1604. Big private back yard with grill, fire pit and seating.

Nice accommodations for the price!

Very quaint little room. About the size of a hotel room. Wonderful king bed mattress (although bed is quite tall) and linens, the sitting area is a twin daybed. Older build and “rustic” handyman work. Pretty clean. Host was friendly and accommodating. Backyard gets really muddy during rain, but would be nice in better weather. Not handicap accessible, though because path is very narrow on a slope. Host has dogs in connecting yard. Host cooks great smelling food which can be smelled through the ventilation system In the other part of the house. :-)

I had a great experience staying in this private suite! It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The bed was incredibly cozy—one of the best I’ve slept in during my travels! The location felt private and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat. Perfect Cozy Stay
