Breakfast was very minimal. Coffee and Tang, no water hot or cold, very few choices. We had three rooms, one had a huge wasp, one had a huge cricket that crawled in bed with someone. There were no computers to run off boarding passes. The staff ( who were very hardworking, helpful, and friendly) offered to try to print the passes, but it didn’t work. Location was great. Cleaning staff was trying hard. It’s just an old facility that would really benefit from some upgrades. Of course, then it would probably cost twice as much.

Free breakfast was all carbs, NO PROTEIN! Dirty towels and bedding, roaches, clogged shower drain, bags of garbage from other rooms was set right by my door for more than half of the day. Had to walk across the street to get fresh towels and call about non room service and was told room service signed done in their log

Tiene excelente ubicación a unas cuadras caminando se encuentra el Alamo, el Mall (lugares de comida), el River Walk, esta muy accesible para ir a cualquier lugar como San Marcos, Sixflags y sea world (20min), malls, tiendas, hay un dennys a la vuelta camiando, PEROOO es muy inseguro para salir a caminar de noche, porque esta muy cerca de un puente, y por lo mismo no se siente seguro dejar cosas de valor en el cuarto, ni, el estacionamiento del hotel lo cobran en 30 o 35 dlls la estancia y 100 de deposito en efectivo que al final regresan si no hay percances en la habitación.

Housekeeping fatal. De los 4 días de estancia solo un día hicieron la limpieza, los demás días solo dejaban las toallas y jabones para el baño, el piso estaba sucio y polvoriento. El desayuno continental muy escaso, solo café, unas mini donitas y yogurt. Solo una mini wafflera en servicio y muchos huéspedes en un mini cuartito, mucha gente mejor se salía a buscar. No frutas o leche.

The initial fee costs more than what you pay for the stay, and a 20 dollar parking fee is charged to stay in their hotel which is outrageous. The rooms aren’t cleaned enough, not enough staff to take care of all the rooms, and the facility isn’t well taken care of.

I am one happy customer of Days Inn. Property is in an excellent location. Staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. Air conditioning in the hot weather was fantastic. The TV channel selection and availability was also excellent. Staff was very helpful in giving directions. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be a return customer.

Convenient to downtown. That's the only good thing about the hotel. They charged for parking $16 a day! No advanced warning ao we didn't plan that in the budget. Apparently San Antonio now charges for all downtown parking. At least most places validate but not the hotel. I expected little because i didn't pay a lot but this place was bad. The room smelled bad, it was hot when we arrived. The coffee maker was incomplete. There we're 2 of us but only 1 coffee packet? The shower didn't work properly. I told the front desk about the A/C and was told they don't turn it on while empty. You are expecting guests!! They expect the room to be comfortable when arriving. The bed was uncomfortable our bodies ached for days. We went to get coffee at the office and all the carafes were empty.

It was the worst experience that I’ve ever had in a hotel, terrible odor in the room, dirty and stained blankets, there was a little ice bucket in the room and it was dirty with green fongis, I was terrible at 1 am we had to leave the door open and spray perfume all over the room, by the way no body answered in the lobby so we had no choice to stay in that terrible conditions
