My experience could have been better, starting with the front desk representative—I believe his name was Conner or tanner that works morning shift. I stayed at the hotel for four days and asked multiple times when housekeeping would clean our room. Unfortunately, Conner didn’t make any real effort to follow up or ensure that a housekeeper was assigned. Each time I inquired, he simply said, “They will come.”
By the third day, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. That evening, around 6–7 PM, the situation remained the same. I went back to the front desk and spoke with Michelle. She explained they were short-staffed and seemed genuinely concerned about my experience. She did her best to make it right by requesting that housekeeping come to our room, which finally happened around 8–9 PM.
However, by that time, I had already returned for the evening and didn’t plan on leaving the room again. As a result, the housekeeper only cleaned the restroom and emptied the trash.
