Upon arrival we noticed only 2 bottles of water for the coffee maker, I went to the desk and asked if we could get 2 more. the woman at the desk told me to grab a couple. When I started to leave, she said (in a loud voice) stop you need to pay for that. Our account was charged over 7 dollars for the 2 bottles. I also mentioned that we only had one chair for 2 people on a 5 day stay, asked if we could get the other one. She said it would be taken care of.
As we were going out the next day housekeeping was in the hall and asked if we needed cleaning, towels, water, etc. asked if we needed to pay for the water, she told us no that it comes with the room. At the front desk, CHRIS RODMAN (different desk clerk) said he was not aware of the chair problem and said that he would take of it. Less than 15 minutes later we had the chair. He is an all-star employee!
Window shade was broken, could not be raised had to use binder clips to hold it up.
