Front desk was not what you expect from a Hyatt hotel, I asked to change my room from double bed to a king size, she sent me to a room for disable clients, did not tell me about the bath tub and I had a very hard time taking a shower until I finally figured out how to unplug the table from the bath tub. You would think that they would give me heads up or offer help doing it.... not this girl. Place was over booked and totally understaffed Saturday evening and breakfast on Sunday was pretty bad, not prepared to service customers, bad service, not enough hot food, etc. Only one elevator working for a very large crowd, waited 10 to 12 minutes each time we used it.
Absolutely not worth what I paid for, not coming back.
