mediocre place
I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels., which is ok since we don't need them, but for anyone trying to stay here, remember to pack your own.

There was something wrong or broken in all the rooms they had to move me to. There were roaches. Neighbors were smoking weed all night and it was coming thru the door. Would never stay here again

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it was a very unsatisfactory experience. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a foul, musty smell that seemed like mold, mixed with the lingering odor of cigarette smoke. The room’s door also looked as though it had been punched in, which was both unsettling and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the dresser broke the moment I tried to place my clothes inside. The bed frame was in terrible condition as well, practically falling apart. I expected a much better experience, especially for the price.and also the way it is advertised is not what it looks like. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the room’s cleanliness and overall maintenance.

There was something needle-like in between the covers of the bed that scratched my husband’s leg in the middle of the night. The washcloths had gunk and makeup from previous uses. The mattress was extremely hard plus it was sooo dirty it looked like it had been picked up from an alley. There was little roaches crawling on the wall and chairs. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The back area by the staircase reeked of weed and trash. There was cut toenails on the floor by the bed.

The first room I was given smelled musty/mildewy and the AC wasn't working. Room was definitely well used. Office was apologetic and gave me a new room that was much better. I liked the eating nook and kitchenette; plenty of space to eat and prepare meal. Bathroom had newer pop-in surround that was mold-free (yay). Bed was made with top sheet over blanket which I thought was weird but, no biggie, I just flipped and remade bed myself. No trash can found in room, but that was okay since it was just an overnighter before catching an early morning flight...5 min away from SAT airport! Stairwells at either end of wings and an elevator in the center made getting to the third floor easy. My second room did not smell but outside was littered with cigarette butts. Overall, convenient and, traveling as single female, I felt safe. For my purposed, it worked. :)
