Poor communication. Started initially when trying to get in contact regarding the room phone. Kept getting a busy dial tone. Upon arrival was told there would be a fire drill the following day. Simple as that. The next day fire alarms began at 6:30am and continued through out the day. That also included no use of elevators and loss of all water in the building. When I confronted the desk that answer was that it was just for the day which was the only day I was staying. Tried to check out the following morning and there was no one at the front desk to speak to. Definitely should have provided a more honest answer as to what to expect with the drill. Would have changed where we booked for sure.
