“This place has four very comfortable bedrooms, a nice kitchen and living area, and two outstanding patios, one on the main floor and one on the roof with incredible views and beautiful potted plants. The HOLT team is super responsive, often responding to questions in minutes. When the interior door lock misfunctioned and we couldn’t enter, I called the number listed and a friendly person immediately helped me find the lockbox with the key to enter the residence. One mystery: not sure why this……

“We loved this apartment. It was perfect for 2 people. In a wonderful neighborhood - walking distance to El Zocalo, lots of restaurants nearby, felt safe walking at night (2 women - me and my teen daughter), beautiful patio. We also felt safe as there are two other apartments below. Kitchen w coffee maker, air conditioner and fan, nice bathroom with shower and another w just a toilet. We will be back! Excellent place! ”

“First ever booking and guests to stay at this place, with no reviews, we were worried about it but turned out great! Debra and Victor are awesome hosts, taking time to pick us up and drop us off at bus station when we arrived in and departed from Oaxaca for day of dead festivities. They offered great advice on how to attend the festivities, must visit places, restaurants to eat at, etc. And since they are 10-15 minutes outside Oaxaca Centro, the shuttle system they offered worked great for our……

“I loved the attention that Jose gave his guests, he really made us feel welcome and well received. The property is very quite and cozy despite its location very near the heart of Oaxaca. I also appreciated the cafe across the hall Cafe Lupita, it couldn't have been better for our 1st morning cup of Joe. All this said, the studio opens out to the sidewalk and the upstairs can get warm during the day. ”
