Leider stark renovierungsbedürftig, Putz fällt von den Wänden, Schimmel im Bad, Kakerlaken im Zimmer und auf der Terrasse - leider können diese Mängel auch nicht das außerordentlich freundliche Personal überdecken.

Spent 5 nights here. Property needs tlc. Lots of broken floor tiles around and bottom of bathroom door rotting. Food always lukewarm. Thank goodness for the microwave. Nice plush reception and all the staff are excellent. Bed really comfortable. Property maintenance manager needs to walk around and see the problems mentioned and the restaurant manager needs to temperature probe the food. Soup I had to microwave for about a minute and the main meals around one and a half minutes.

A pleasant surprise. I didn’t know what to expect but it really impressed me. Great hotel for kids and families but also me (as a solo traveller) enjoyed it. Loved the help yourself element to the all inclusive. Means there weren’t any huge queues at the bar. Rooms were a very good size. The hot food for dinner could’ve had a bit more flavour and variety but that was one of a few downsides. I’d visit again in a heartbeat.

Poor food and hotel facilities, hot tub upgarde actually made a difference ie room location, sun terrace, nice view for shows. Otherwise, unfortunately worse than seen before and suposedly similar rating. Good location for dunes.

Hotellet var över förväntan. Rum och balkong rymligt för 2 vuxna, 2 barn. Frukosten var super. Lunch/middag hade bra variation men tyvärr dåligt saltat/kryddat, väldigt bra desserter varje dag. Flertal pooler, tyvärr bara en av dem uppvärmd (och den kunde varit några grader varmare). Synd att barnpoolerna ej var uppvärmda. Barnklubben är super, hotellets animation team gör verkligen en fantastisk insats!

Rent och fint men upplever att hotellet börjar bli lite slitet. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Många trappor men finns även hiss. Rätt så hög ljudnivå i restaurangen. Mycket duktigt team som håller i underhållning på kvällen samt aktiviteter på dagen. Andra gången vi bodde på hotellet och återkommer gärna!

I had to walk 3 blocks and up 5 floors just to get to my room when i asked for a room change numerous times this request was ignored i was quite poorly the first week i was there with what i believe now was food poisoning i wanted to call for a doctor which a was unable to do as the room had no instructions on how to contact reception tbh it was my worst holiday ever !!!! On arrival they told me my room was over ther and pointed he sent me 3 blocks and 5 floors up in the wrong direction with all my luggage he then he then told .me to go a totally oposite ditection and dinning area is just meyhem sometimes i found my self wondering round looking for somewhere to sit as it was chahotic the sheets also had a dirty mark on them all week so i know they had not been changed and at night being not well i needed the extra blanket the made would move the blanket every day and put it somewhere different which i found really annoying and the food wasnt great tbh was just glad to be comming home

Oscar at the front desk was very helpful. The staff in the dining room excellent, always cleaning Food needed more spicing, ice cream perfect temperature. Nice fruit selection. All inclusive is a nice option! But the breakfast and dinner was way under average! Lunch, on the other hand, was excellent!! Fresh, tasty and good dishes/salads. We had a room with private pool; very nice! But no children should be allowed in that buliding - too noisy!!! The cleaning must stop moving furniture around (dragging chairs over the floor)...makes a lot of noise underneath! That goes for the gardeners as well, in the early mornings.... The hotel needs a renovation; water damages all over the hotel. But the staff is nice and serviceminded!
