“A great place to stay for our three nights in Bologna. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. There are grocery stores nearby and a good restaurant across the street. Our place also had a washing machine, which I wasn't expecting. Although a bit dated, the apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. ”

We had trouble accessing the building with the provided entry code and our host quickly responded and resolved our issue. He was helpful and responsive anytime we needed assistance. The morning of our scheduled arrival, I had to contact Vbro to file a complaint.The property was very old and grimy. The internet did not work at all - and we had people who were working remotely so had to leave to town to connect with internet. The power went out 2 days in a row and we had to wait 6 hours before an electrician came over and the second time, waited overnight for power. When……
