I reserved one type of a room and hotel denies it and replaces with another type. She at the hotel front desk says issue with Expedia and they currently dont have the room available that I asked for
This is frustrating for my family with kids and pet to thrust an unasked room type on us at the last mnt. It’s too late and they know I cannot transfer to another hotel
Irrespective of whose fault it is, why I as customer need to bear the brunt of the issue
A pathetic and frustrating experience
I have been a regular at this hotel and have reserved with Expedia few times
This is the first time I see this pathetic and despicable experience
