The check in lady was extremely nice. We were going to a concert at Yaamava and stayed just the night. Our room was fantastic. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels this year and this was the best. I was very surprised. I’d recommend this hotel. Breakfast was great. I made waffles.

Staybridge Suites in San Bernardino appeared to be fairly new and well kept. The breakfast bar was a very nice touch. Unfortunately we did have a service problem that was not handled at all. We were there for four nights. On the third day we had to return to our room at 3:00 in the afternoor to pick up some things and found our room unmade. Two house keeping carts and attendants were still on our floor and we called and asked for the rooms to be cleaned and we left.....we came back after 5:00 that evening to an unmade room and we called only to be told that house keeping had gone for the day....for the price we paid we expected much better service and we will not be using Staybridge again. This hotel was perfect! It was nice, the staff were great, the room was huge and they even provided a toaster, and they had a large laundry facility that was free to use! We wanted to just move in! lol

They have a den off the dining area, which is where we waited while doing laundry

I was not given the right infomation about parking fee and was charged extra for each additional day. A man was recording my children at the pool and when i notified the staff they stated there was nothing they could really do, will not be coming here again

Kim at the front desk was very welcoming during our check in. She explained when breakfast was served and asked if we needed anything else. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.

Property was clean. Breakfast was good but lobby was crowded on weekend with families. I didn’t like the fact that dogs were allowed in breakfast area around food. The pool area was busy and pool was dirty. Nice hotel, but not sure if I will stay again.

This is a very clean option and definitely a step above the typical Marriott or Hilton in the area. Breakfast had fresh fruit and quality yogurt, waffles, much better than the prepackaged crap at the other places. The room was spacious. The gym first rate.

We like the room condition. The pool was clean and water was great temperature. Breakfast choices were at point and setup was great. Hotel was near generalized location. Few things we were not happy with was one of them was the lady setting up breakfast stations was late just about 20 minutes. Our room was missing extra bedding and we had asked the front desk and they never showed up.

Good location and very friendly staff. Right next to a restaurant where you can get a 10% discount -- just ask the front desk for the coupon. Room is comfortable. Air conditioner works well and isn't too loud. Parking is convenient, but be aware you will compete with people visiting the restaurant--which is probably how my car door got a big dent in it. A couple odd things about this hotel: 1. TV angle is not good as it doesn't face the bed, nor the couch. 2. The TV guide is dated from January 2025 and doesn't list the programs, only the networks. 3. The shower doors are very heavy. My spouse had a hard time opening and closing them. 4. The bathroom sink water flow is very light.
