“First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel. “The hotel was on the water, steps from the pier. Great location. Our room and property were clean. A nice touch: the property allows guests to use a refrigerator (although, locked overnight), and they have a refillable water station. I thought the staff were extremely nice during breakfast and when asking questions about the area. ”
