“The condo is spacious and has excellent views and locations. We enjoyed the opportunity to gather our family and enjoy meals and special time together. The beach town was quiet in the middle of winter, but things were open and the opportunities for dining were amenable. We want to go back in the summer and do things it was too cold for in December.”

“My stay in the garden room at George’s home was great . The location is perfect and Coronado a safe place with ideal weather, a beautiful beach, and the awesome Hotel Del Coronado. The space is one room and a bathroom with a shower . There’s a microwave and a mini fridge, so no cooking per se ,although I made oatmeal and there are so many little restaurants and also a great little grocery (Bayside)that has healthy deli food . “The condo on Coronado was a great base for a recent conference and to see the sites around the San Diego area. The property is clean, the kitchen is great and access to a secured garage a plus. There is a little street noise for the main bedroom but still was an enjoyable stay. We would consider it next time we are in the area.”

“Excellent location to explore the area. Walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants and shops. Nice patio area to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and in the evening before dinner. The wagon filled with beach equipment was super! Perfect size for a couple. Kitchen was stocked and ready to go. Bed was comfortable.We purchased parking and it was conveniently located next door to the property. Did not have any complaints and would stay again.”

“Owners are very friendly and welcoming. The unit is just as pictured. Laundry room is very large, nice for storage. Plenty of under bed storage and closet space for clothing. The unit is walkable to many restaurants/bars and the village shops. Although the address is on 4th street, it’s tucked behind the garages so traffic noise isn’t too bad! This is a great rental for a couple or for a family with maybe just one or two small children.”
