I regret having to write this review, but feel obligated to share my extremely disappointing experience at [Hotel Name]. What should have been a simple resolution to accidentally being locked out of our room turned into an unnecessarily stressful ordeal. When my girlfriend and I found ourselves locked out, we politely requested assistance from the front desk staff, particularly Ms. Claudia Alarid. Instead of helping guests in need - which should be a basic function of hotel service - Ms. Alarid not only refused to assist but escalated the situation to the point of calling law enforcement. The responding officers, after assessing the situation, actually sided with us, helped us access our room, and apologized for the hotel's handling of the situation. The hotel management needs to conduct a formal investigation into Ms. Alarid's behavior during this incident. Her actions demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. When your own local law enforcement officers end up apologizing for your hotel staff's behavior, it's clear there are serious issues that need to be addressed. Management should strongly consider whether Ms. Alarid is suitable for a customer-facing role, as her actions could continue to damage the hotel's reputation and guest experience. I cannot recommend this hotel to others due to the staff's apparent inability to handle basic guest needs. The management must take immediate action to address these serious service failures
